Q: Can I freeze your sliced deli meats products?
A: We do not recommend freezing any of our sliced deli meat items since freezing may alter the taste and texture of our product. For a complete list of our deli meat products, click here.
Q: How long will your bacon last in my refrigerator?
A: Once open, our bacon items can last in the refrigerator for 7 days. After the bacon has been cooked, it will last in the refrigerator for 5 days.
Q: How long will your sliced deli meats last in my refrigerator?
A: Once open, our sliced deli meat items can last in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Q: How long can DAK or PLUMROSE canned hams stay in my pantry?
A: Our canned meat products are guaranteed for 5 years provided that they are kept in a dry, cool environment. However, if the can is swollen, punctured, any rust appears around the rim, or a foul odor emits when opening the can, we recommend discarding the product immediately.
Q: How can I read the code date on the DAK or PLUMROSE canned ham?
A: Since 2007 all our canned hams carry an easy-to-read "Sell by MM/DD/YY date code. If your canned ham contains any other code, we will be happy to assist you in determining when it was produced. You can contact us at 1-800-526-4909 ext. 315 or by email: consumer@plumroseusa.com
Q: Can I purchase product directly from Plumrose USA?
